All ticket, concession, and gift card sales are subject to availability and to the policies posted at the time of purchase. Showtimes, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our posted Refunds/Exchanges policy. Gift cards are subject to any terms printed on the card or posted on our website at the time of purchase, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

4. Theatre Rentals & Private Events

Theatre rentals, birthday events, corporate events, and other private bookings are governed by the separate rental agreement provided at the time of booking, in addition to these Terms. Deposits, cancellation policies, and event-specific terms will be set out in that agreement.

5. Newsletter & Marketing Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter or providing your email address for marketing purposes, you consent to receive communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each communication.
